They have all been successfully medically tested and meet the conditions of the KMSH (Koninklijke Maatschappij St. Hubertus).
What does it mean checked for disorders?
The puppy, parents & grandparents are DNA tested.
Diseases, conditions that are preventable; patellar luxation, liver shunt and sometimes eye disorders (not applicable to the puppies).
*Patellar luxation certificate = condition on the knee in which the kneecap shifts, indicated in gradation (0-4).
*Checked for heart disease.
* Eye tests on all parents performed with certificate.
Tested parents for glucogen storage disease (type of diabetes) with certificate.
* The puppies are subjected to a thorough health check with vaccinations, chip and DNA, before leaving for the new home and they are vaccinated against puppy diseases such as kennel cough, Parvo virus and distemper.

Ons hondje Woody Witan is nu 6 weken bij ons. Onze grote lieveling ❤️. Een superlief, sociaal, speels, nieuwsgierig en gezond wit wondertje. Met oprechte dank hiervoor aan Katrien! Iemand die met hart en ziel begaan is met het welzijn van haar hondjes. Het was zo fijn dat Katrien ons op de hoogte hield van het groeiproces van de pups dmv foto’s en filmpjes. Hierdoor voelden we er ons erg bij betrokken en viel de wachttijd goed mee. Nadat Woody één weekje bij ons was, hebben we Katrien gecontacteerd omdat we haar advies nodig hadden. Ze nam echt de tijd om ons verder te helpen en aan haar raad hebben we dan ook veel gehad. Nazorg is dus voor Katrien ook belangrijk. Voor ons was het een superpositieve ervaring en we bevelen De Perro Cortes aan voor iedereen die graag een Maltezertje als huisgenoot zou willen!
Ons 4e Malthezertje hebben we gehaald bij Katrien (de Perro Cortes). Een hemelsbreed verschil met onze vorige hondjes. Kennismaking en begeleiding waren voortreffelijk ❤️ Pupje is leergierig, speels, gezond en reageert super op ons. Een hemels geluk kregen we. My story:
In 1991 I bought a Rottweiler from Lydie Huybrechts, kennel Van het Dorendal in Limburg. My puppy listened to the name Silvie but also sometimes not at all, so I took the puppy to a dog obedience course. A real revelation for me, this appealed to me so much that I applied for an obedience instructor course at the Royal Society St Hubertus. And so, after a year’s internship and 2 exams, I became an official obedience instructor. Teaching twice a week which made me learn a huge amount myself. But I did not want to stand still and the group of people taking IPO lessons, the work programme with tracking, bite work and obedience intrigued me. So after a few tests, the decision was made to enrich my dog and myself with this training. It was really tough and by trial and error we secured our IPO1 diploma with great joy after 2 years of training. Instructor- Obedience I stayed for 2 years in total.
